Do you have one year of accounts payable experience and are looking for a great temporary job where you’ll learn a lot and gain valuable skills?
A third-party logistics company has an Accounts Payable Specialist opening on their team! This is a full-time, temporary role that is expected to last through their peak season into the new year.
It’s a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the logistics industry, as you’ll gain hands-on accounts payable experience and a broader understanding of business operations that’s key to ensuring the company runs smoothly.
The work environment is positive and supportive and you’ll be part of a collaborative, close-knit team that will show you the ropes.
In addition to a consistent Monday-Friday full-time schedule, you’ll also have weekly pay (payday is every Friday!) and cross-training opportunities to develop your skills.

Accounts Payable Specialist Job Duties:
- Utilize SAP
- 3PL’s processes freight bills once received by Internal auditors
- Flexible to demands of business
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
- 1 year of Accounts Payalbe experience
- Experience utilizing SAP software
Pay: $20-$25/hr
- Payday is every Friday!
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm
