Technology Recruiter – Experienced HireLocation: New York City
Compensation: $175,000 – $200,000 base + generous discretionary bonus
Work Arrangement: 5 days in officeThe OpportunityOakleaf Partnership is pleased to be partnering with one of the most prestigious and technologically advanced trading firms in the industry to find a Technology Recruiter for their New York office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class organization known for its innovation, cutting-edge technology, and exceptional talent.As a Technology Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across the firm’s engineering and technology teams. You’ll work on a diverse range of technical roles, from core software and infrastructure hires to emerging areas that align with the firm’s evolving needs.This firm places a strong emphasis on quality over quantity, valuing meaningful relationships over rigid hiring metrics. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop tailored search strategies and collaborate with external recruitment partners to build high-caliber talent pipelines.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for experienced technology hires, from initial engagement to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define search strategies and drive best-in-class hiring practices.
• Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.
• Engage with external recruitment agencies to supplement sourcing efforts as needed.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving technology landscape to anticipate hiring needs.
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to strengthen employer branding.

About You

• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing pipelines and executing complex searches.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to work with discretion and professionalism in a confidential environment.
