The individual will be less focussed on one special area of technology and being comfortable with many.What You’ll DoYou will be working as part of the Tech Enablement build implementation team onsite in Hatfield 5 days a week as we are a hands on team that work in a hands on environemnt. Remote working is not available for this role and will involve shift patterns of either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.Some of the daily activities are:Handling incidents in the Logitsics and Technical Services Integration CentreTesting and implementation of customer buildsCarrying out troubleshooting and problem solvingSupport of client specific hardware configuration requirements – for example Workplace, Enterprise Datacenter and Mobile devices, etc.Supporting client asset labelling requestsManage daily tracking and recording of activitiesWhat You’ll NeedShow potential to create clear engineering instructionsAble to follow up on incidents & to set prioritiesFlexible & willing to adjust to different client needs
