Job DescriptionJob ID#:4413Job Category:Information TechnologyWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to assist with our client’s Inventory Management system for their clients in the Albany, NY area. This role offers a mix of on-site work at multiple locations and remote work flexibility. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience with inventory systems, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist will include:

• Build a comprehensive Inventory Master Catalog, including warehouse bin locations.
• Update and maintain accurate data in the Inventory Management System.
• Assist with conducting physical inventories across multiple locations.
• Ensure inventory counts are accurately entered into the system.
• Develop a Vehicle and Asset Inventory system.
• Link items in the Warehouse Master Catalog to specific vehicles and assets.

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Technical Support Specialist:

• Experience with Inventory Management systems or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and catalog management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple locations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and clients effectively.
