Responsibilities:

  • Support the Delivery Customer Solutions Engineering Team during implementation of customer-centric solutions
  • Co-ordinate with multiple Bell teams and customers to support installation of Voice and Data services
  • Build knowledge of the specific products within their business group and understand how the critical end-to-end processes fit together
  • Continually seek ways to improve internal processes – Identify problems and help solve them.
  • Collect and provide customer information to assist internal Bell teams, such as Sales and Marketing
  • Process the appropriate request forms related to both Bell network and customer network builds
  • Identify revenue generating opportunities and communicate the opportunities to the Sales team

Qualifications:Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)

  • 3-5 years of experience with IP Networking
  • 3-5 years of experience with network routing protocols such as: Firewall protocols and mechanisms, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, SIPT
  • 3-5 years of experience in Hands on/Lab work completed in routing and switching
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize work task
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and Leadership skill Bell Customer Interaction

Complementary Competencies (Good-to-have Competencies)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and develop skills in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a network of stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of PC software and Microsoft Office (MS Excel & Word), PowerPoint and Visio knowledge is an asset

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Work Conditions

  • Work from Home
  • Night Shift (9PM – 6AM MLA)
  • Amenability to working on weekends if needed
