Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures.
  • Debug and analyze problems in Java or Python-based systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify, report, and resolve software defects.
  • Document processes, technical solutions, and issue resolutions to maintain a robust knowledge base.
  • Assist in performance tuning, optimization, and maintenance of SQL databases.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write and debug queries.
  • Strong knowledge of either Java or Python, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug code.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
