About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures.
- Debug and analyze problems in Java or Python-based systems and applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, report, and resolve software defects.
- Document processes, technical solutions, and issue resolutions to maintain a robust knowledge base.
- Assist in performance tuning, optimization, and maintenance of SQL databases.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write and debug queries.
- Strong knowledge of either Java or Python, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug code.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
