We are looking for a Technical Reviewer in USA. Your mission will be to:
position Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct technical file reviews of audit
documentation.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
* Conduct technical file reviews of GFSI-benchmarked schemes such as SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, IFS and/or those related to GMP/Food Safety Systems
* Maintain confidentiality about all aspects of work and adhere to all procedures established by the Company, accreditation body and CPOs
* Maintain applicable professional development required for reviews proficiency
* Assure consistency and accuracy in all audits and audit reports reviewed. This includes content, grammar, spelling, and submission of the final report review according to identified timelines
* Follow and adhere with all required protocols and procedures
* Communicate all reviews and other related information in a timely manner
* Maintain all of the Company’s equipment in working order
* Maintain all documents and standards received from the Company NutriSciences in an organized manner
* Support corporate quality and continuous improvement process
* Other related duties as assigned
* At any time, the incumbent must behave and operate in an ethical and Code of Conduct compliant manner
Communication
* Internal communication contacts:
Direct Supervisor: Reports to Certification Manager. Regularly communicates for guidance, performance feedback, and project updates.
Team Members: Collaborates with team members in the Auditing Dept. to ensure effective execution of tasks, exchange of information, and teamwork in daily operations.
* External communication contacts:
Contractors: Maintains regular interaction with contractors for successful review execution

YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications Required
* Have attained a university degree in food science, food technology or related discipline.
* Must have at least two (2) years of work experience in food safety and/or quality management.
* Auditing experience if required by the Certification Program Owner (CPO).
* Must have a strong knowledge of food safety and quality assurance to accurately perform technical reviews.
* A broad knowledge of GMP’s, food safety principles, HACCP and other relevant government regulations.
* Successfully completed a Lead auditor training course and training on CPO specific courses (SQF, FSSC, IFS, BRCGS, etc.)
* Attend a HACCP training course that meets the CPO requirements.
* Self-discipline and organizational skills to ensure that reviews are performed correctly and on time.
* Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to tactfully and objectively discuss audit results with auditors.
* Strong computer skills.
* The ability to ensure that the review is submitted within the specified time frame and according to predetermined formats.
* Must be able to work autonomously and able to deal with situations in a diplomatic and professional manner.
* Must interpret the criteria of the audit.
* Must have good reading and writing skills to ensure audit reports and non- conformities are clearly written with proper grammar.
* Audit format is based on predetermined guidelines, client specifications and Certification Program Owner (CPO) requirements. The individual must use previous experience and follow those guidelines to effectively complete technical reviews.
* No management experience is needed: this position receives general
direction from the Certification Program Managers and Certification Manager.
* This position has no direct reports.
Qualifications Desired

* Knowledge of PC based software including Word and Excel.
* Impeccable organizational skills and time management.
* Independence in working within minimal instruction.
* Clear and concise oral and written communications.
* Ability to develop relationships with customers, both internal and external.
* Previous experience as a food safety auditor or reviewer is desired.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
* Regularly required to sit for extended periods.
* Regularly required to use hands to type, handle documents, and operate office equipment.
* Specific vision abilities required include close vision for reviewing documents and computer work.
* Work can be performed in the office or from home.
* Must adhere to business professional attire and conduct standards
Travel
* Occasional travel required to the head office for meetings, training or compliance audits.
* More frequent travel may occur if the reviewer also acts as an auditor.
Compensation Package Overview:
Compensation Range $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 annually USD
Potential bonus: Up to 10% based on performance.
