Working to actively clear any potential roadblocks, paving the way for the project success and ensuring quality deliverables, delivered on time and within budget. Complete responsibility and ownership for governance, planning, budget management, communication & change management, risk management, compliance, and associated mitigations.You are dynamic leader and interested in challenging the status quo to ensure seamless project delivery, a valued influencer and leader who has contributed to effectively coordinate technical teams of a large healthcare organization. You have a keen eye for improvement opportunities and the demonstrated ability to deliver on these opportunities. Ready to get started?Main Responsibilities:You will ensure quality delivery of projects effectively developed, integrated and deployed on time delivery.End to end ownership to drive project activities and manage resources (internal and external) to deliver the highest quality technical deployments.Manage the project scope (content, cost, planning, project teams) & interdependencies. Identifying, monitoring and managing risks and mitigation plans. Deep project and technical understanding to create, maintain, and adjust project work to meet changing needsEstablishing and facilitating the governance, with the project team and the full user community. Creating governance slides and presenting to leadership. Documenting discussion points from the meetings and tracking the action items to closure.Leadership in creating and executing change management plans, including engagement, training and communication. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and project informationSupport the Product Owner on refining the product backlog, enabling longer-term work visibility for reporting to delivery and management teams.Building and monitoring project KPIs, and reporting those at governance meetingsAbout YouKey Requirements:Over 7 Years’ Experience in leading and managing large complex technical projectsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, business or related technical degreeDeep knowledge of Software development processes and proceduresExpertise in Risk management & Project tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Microsoft office tools etc.)Highly Preferred: Technical/Development background, Experience in Data Management and Data Warehousing, Commercial Operations and/or Lifesciences/ IT HealthcareExperience with Change management for large programsQualities for success:Outstanding organizational skills, self-motivated, able to work in a collaborative team environmentExcellent communication skills, with experience in influencing, listening actively and negotiating within a team environmentCollaborative mindset, with an ability to empathize with colleagues and establish relationshipsAbility to influence and lead behavior change with positive leadership skills, with experience in mentoring a team, problem solving and conflict resolution abilitiesThrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environmentThere are multiple vacancies across our Digital profiles and NA region.
