Capita Pensions Solutions are looking for a team of Technical Pension Development Specialists to join the business. The role will involve creating better outcomes by bringing forward your technical experience & leading on key projects, business change initiatives and business critical issues – all the while ensuring that they are completed in line with project timelines and that the solutions delivered into the operation are fit for purpose.Job title: Technical Pension Development SpecialistJob Description:What you will be doing:

  • Lead change through improving mission critical processes that align with the business vision.
  • Lead on projects and work with colleagues and stakeholders in the delivery of scheme events, cyclical activities and projects.
  • Understand, build, maintain and enhance stakeholder and/or client relationships.
  • Act as a business lead with Design Authority Group and other relevant business approval forum.
  • Provide input into the development / training action planning and process improvement where required.
  • Control and enhance the quality of customer outputs in order to deliver an excellent customer experience through coaching, training action planning and process improvement where required.
  • Adapt to varying demands and workloads with a commitment to ensure tasks are completed to deadline whilst maintaining excellent levels of quality.
  • Work within set Key Performance Indicators and quality standards, contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives and business results.
  • Create and maintain consistent and accurate scheme records and events.
  • Participate in and promote good team communication and share knowledge and expertise with other team members.
  • Adhere to Quality Management Systems and comply with regulations and policies from Capita and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Be a positive role model for staff exhibiting the level of commitment and professionalism expected.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes, procedures and products.
  • Ensure that all technical information / change is cascade to the team through the most effective communication channel and processes are updated as appropriate.

Desirable:

  • Experience providing support and feedback
  • Ability to accommodate different learning styles and needs
  • Project Management Skills
  • Experience in pension administration and work management systems
  • Knowledge of DB and/or DC pension schemes
  • leadership skills i.e. conflict resolution, decision making
