Our platform serves the spending needs of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), enabling them to self-register and get started with new technology within days.We’re looking for a motivated Technical Integration Operations Specialist to join our innovative team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth as you’ll be involved in managing technical integrations, banking relationships, and operational processes while gaining valuable experience across multiple aspects of our platform.What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

• Help manage the product lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and iteration
• Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational processes
• Monitor platform performance metrics and identify potential improvements
• Support automation initiatives to streamline operational processes
• Create and deliver monthly scorecard reporting on the performance of the customer success team

• Help manage technical integrations with third-party tools and APIs
• Configure client integrations and data extracts with Neo1 to meet customer requirements
• Provide technical guidance to customers on integration best practices
• Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams on integration solutions
• Support platform updates and deployments to minimize disruption
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline integration processes

• Take responsibility for specific third-party integrations and monitor changes
• Build relationships with third-party vendors to stay informed of updates
• Coordinate with the product team on integration maintenance and enhancements
• Help communicate changes and their impact to internal teams and customers
• Assist in managing and resolving integration-related issues

• Support relationships with banking integration partners and financial institutions
• Help monitor the health of existing banking integrations
• Assist with onboarding new banking issuers and establishing integration requirements
• Contribute to bank file mapping projects to ensure successful implementation
• Help troubleshoot banking integration issues and coordinate resolution
• Learn about banking industry standards and relevant regulations
• Maintain documentation for banking integration processes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a technical role OR a recent graduate with exceptional technical aptitude
• Understanding of API integrations and technical systems
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Organized approach to managing tasks and projects
• Experience with data collection and reporting

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for creating automated workflows
• Some familiarity with expense management systems or financial technology
• Interest in banking systems and financial data processes
• Knowledge of B2B/B2C technologies
• Understanding of agile methodologies
• Experience with technical documentation or process improvement
• Eagerness to develop expertise in financial integration security
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and performance metric
