Our client is seeking a Technical Document Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a respected and dynamic organization near Ballston Spa, NY. This position plays a vital role in supporting customer orders and the Sales team by delivering accurate, timely documentation and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities of the Technical Document Coordinator will include:

• Coordinate and assemble technical documentation packages to meet customer and internal requirements.
• Track documentation progress and maintain milestone reports for key customer projects.
• Upload and manage documentation through customer portals based on project-specific standards.
• Maintain documentation checklists and ensure timely, accurate submittals.
• Work with internal teams to produce certifications and fulfill compliance requirements.
• Proactively monitor customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation alignment.
• Support Account Managers by maintaining accurate customer data and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and actively contribute to the company’s Quality Management System.

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Technical Document Coordinator:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year of post-secondary education preferred
• At least four years of relevant office experience
• Direct experience working with customers
• Advanced skills with Adobe Acrobat for document creation and editing
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
