✅ Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates
✅ Develop and execute robust project plans, managing risks and ensuring timely delivery
✅ Work hands-on in solution design, testing, user training, and documentation
✅ Gain a deep technical understanding of the systems to support informed decision-making
✅ Provide ongoing business support, driving long-term project successWhat You’ll Need:✔ Proven experience managing complex software development projects
✔ Strong business analysis skills, with expertise in requirement gathering
✔ Ability to manage budgets, estimates, and financial tracking
✔ A technical background, allowing effective communication with developers and stakeholders
✔ Experience with project management frameworks (Prince2, ITIL) and tools like JIRA
✔ Excellent problem-solving and reporting skills
✔ Ability to work across waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery models
