We are excited you are considering Duck Creek as a future employer and hope you decide to join “The Flock”!To learn more about us, visit www.duckcreek.com and follow us on our social channels for the latest information – and .JOB TITLE: Technical Business AnalystNous recherchons un(e) Technical Business Analyst pour rejoindre notre équipe de support applicatif dédiée à la maintenance et à l’évolution de la plateforme DCR (Duck Creek Reinsurance), utilisée par un de nos clients grands comptes dans le domaine de la réassurance.Missions :Support et Maintenance :Assurer le support utilisateurs (niveaux 1 et 2) : gestion des demandes, incidents et corrections mineures via l’interface ou par script.Suivre les demandes via l’outil de ticketing et transmettre les incidents critiques à l’équipe de support niveau 3.Rédiger des modes opératoires et assurer la formation des nouveaux utilisateurs.Participer aux instances de suivi de la production et maintenir les indicateurs à jour.Gestion des Livraisons :Planifier et coordonner les livraisons applicatives (correctives et évolutives) avec les équipes internes et externes.Valider et déployer les correctifs en collaboration avec les équipes Ops (on-premise et SaaS).Préparer les bordereaux de livraison et suivre l’avancement des corrections avec les outils DCT.Projets d’Évolution :Analyser les besoins utilisateurs pour des mini-projets (évolution des interfaces).Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques.Profil recherché :Diplôme en informatique ou équivalent, avec 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.Rigueur, curiosité et capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.Maîtrise du SQL et PL/SQL (niveau intermédiaire).Capacité à communiquer en anglais et à collaborer avec divers services.Bonne connaissance de la réassurance, une expérience dans l’assurance est un plus.Sens du service client, adaptabilité, et gestion des priorités.Other Requirements:Type of contract: CDI, 40h/semaineTravel: Déplacement et présence requise chez le client 1/semaine dans le quartier de la Défense (92) et un jour de présence obligatoire au bureau (Paris 8).Remote Work: 3 jours/semaineWork Authorization: Vous devez légalement être autorisé(e) à travaillé en France pour être considéré(e) à ce poste.
