Develop and maintain technical documentation. Implement and maintain hardening standards to mitigate endpoint vulnerabilities Provide operational insights and improvement suggestions based on platform trends and support patterns. Understand the full GCP-based architecture of ATB’s teller application, including GKE, Google Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Logging and Monitoring, Service-to-Service Token Exchange (OAuth, JWT), ActiveMQ messaging, and SSO using identity providers such as Okta. Work closely with DevOps to manage container deployments, config maps, secrets, and autoscaling parameters. Support troubleshooting efforts involving latency, service failures, authentication errors, and message queue delays. Act as a bridge between development, infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholders. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams such as Retail Markets, Banking Operations, SAP teams, Network Operations, Security Operations and Infrastructure Operations to effectively manage your platform(s). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in application support, DevOps coordination, or infrastructure operations. 2+ years of experience working with GCP services (esp. GKE, Pub/Sub or ActiveMQ, Load Balancers, IAM). Strong technical proficiency in hardware and software commonly found in branch environments. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Solid understanding of ITIL principles and incident management workflows. Familiarity with network fundamentals and security best practices. Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities. Experience with SAP and TRBK with an understanding of SAP APIs would be considered an asset. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, container lifecycle, pod networking, and Helm or Kustomize. Familiarity with token exchange flows, JWT/OAuth2, and SSO integration (SAML/OIDC). Experience with log aggregation and monitoring tools like Google Cloud Logging, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk. Understanding of messaging and integration frameworks like ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or GCP Pub/Sub. Advanced skills in scripting and code understanding. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with financial applications or teller platforms is preferred. Exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar operational compliance environments is preferred. Ability to understand and interpret vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and warranty terms.
