The Analyst will manage Discovery Calls, team leader documentation, keep accurate team records, update agent payplans, and coordinate with the team leader and team members for creation or conversion of team type through the lifecycle of the team. Analysts support the teams in their assigned regions.CommunicationMonitor and follow up in Workplace Chat for team transitions or maintenance requestsMonitor and follow up on all Emails in GmailMonitor and follow up on texts, voicemails and callsTeam ManagementWork with existing teams to ensure their success at eXp Realty and CommercialLead the Discovery Call with the Team Leader to discuss eXp team structures, team requirements, and essential information needed for creating teams.Develop a detailed timeline and transition plan, overseeing the creation of new teams or conversion of teams to another team type.Regularly perform follow-up check-ins with leads through calls or emails to establish a preferred contact frequency.Coordinate and participate in planning & logistics meetings beyond Discovery Calls with the broker and other departments as needed.Perform annual reviews on teams that need to requalify, and hold annual review calls with Team Leaders.Document ManagementSend and collect signatures on team documentsUpdate Hubspot tickets with accurate team statusSupportOffer resources to team leaders and members as neededUtilize emails, text, and phone to provide excellent support to agentsUtilize eXp World for training and agent supportMeetings/TrainingAttend Team Training Sessions WeeklyComplete assigned training in a timely manner by the due dates givenLearn and develop good communication skillsOther duties as assignedReviews and audits of teamsOther projects as neededPerform designated job tasks efficiently and within the provided time frame.Maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors through email, instant messaging, video conferences, or other designated communication channels.Attend virtual meetings, provide updates on progress, and actively participate in discussions.Adhere to company policies and guidelines, including data security and confidentiality.Complete assigned projects, assignments, or tasks with attention to detail and quality.Manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.Continuously update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities or self-directed learning.Collaborate with colleagues on shared documents or projects using remote collaboration tools.Take ownership of assigned work and demonstrate initiative in identifying and addressing challenges.Ensure availability and responsiveness during agreed-upon working hours.How you will grab our attention:High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience0-2 years experienceAssociate’s degree preferredDemonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service including conflict resolution requiredExperience in Google Suite, Hubspot, task management software, Dropbox sign, Trello preferredAgile/Flexible attitudeStrong attention to detail requiredExcellent customer service abilities: written and verbal communication must be superbExcellent critical thinking and problem solving skillsTeam player – able to complete individual tasks as well as work on a team to accomplish a goalExperience in the real estate industry strongly preferredExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExperience in coordinating events and group activitiesConflict resolution and active listening: ability to assess a customers need or concerns and deliver solutions using critical and creative thinkingProficient knowledge of G Suite required; Microsoft Office experience is a bonusRemote Work experience requiredDedicated home-office/work spaceAdvanced Trello experience preferredAptitude for using online platforms and softwares to work remotelyIf you think you’d make a great match for this position but don’t meet all the requirements, we would still encourage you to apply!What eXp Canada provides:Medical, Dental, Vision, Long-Term DisabilityLife Insurance and AD&DSubscription to Calm and Vitality Wellness ProgramsPaid VacationPaid HolidaysUp to 4 Paid Personal Days5 Paid Sick DaysOne time stock option$20/pay cheque for the first two pays of the month for your mobile phone/internetRRSP employer match will be available in the near futureFully remote environmentAmazing company cultureAnd more..The starting base pay for this position is $50,000 CAD per year in our lowest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training.
