Job DescriptionWecasa is a bit magical. Imagine: you order a home service in two clicks, and 2 hours later, a talented professional is there just for you. You probably guessed it: there’s a trick behind this magic. That trick is the Wecasa Supply Expansion team, happiness hunters who find the best independent professionals across Wecasa geographies.A few words about your future team:The Supply team, managed by Michel, is currently divided into 3 units:

• Business Development France

• Business Development UK

• Sales Ops

The team’s objective is to develop the network of freelance professionals in all our line of businesses, with a strong focus on home cleaning.Reporting directly to Michel, you will be in charge of launching new countries on the supply side of the company. We plan to expand to 2-3 additional countries in 2025, starting with Germany.You’ll hire the first german-speaking business developers and work with them to build and grow Wecasa’s professional network in Germany. Good news is that we are not here to sell useless things to people who don’t need them. No. We enable talented individuals to thrive in an activity that brings immense satisfaction: beautifying the homes of thousands of clients and taking care of their most precious assets: their children!Missions

• Build the international expansion team by hiring business developers who are fluent in the local language and familiar with the culture

• Along with Michel and with the support of the sales ops team, test / build the most efficient onboarding processes by country, taking into account market specifications (legal and cultural)

• Support business developers daily in achieving their individual goals

• Coach team members to improve their individual performance

• Participate in the development of the Supply Expansion budget (including setting goals) with the other team leaders

• Cover the tasks of a business developer in case of an unexpected absence, especially to avoid delays in responding to written requests

Team rituals:

• A weekly meeting with the entire team to share their topics of the week

• Weekly one-on-ones with the business developers on your team

• A weekly one-on-one with Michel, your manager

• Organization and facilitation with the other team leaders of a half-day Sales Training session per month to develop the team’s skills 🚀

Preferred ExperienceYou love to explore new horizons and pave the way for the team while leading by example.You are a result-orienter builder who like to test new ways of doing things, adapting processes and ways of doing to get to the best performance. You never take anything for granted and enjoy moving projects forward to achieve company goals.You love helping those around you grow and are not afraid to challenge them. You show empathy and know how to adapt your management style to effectively convey your messages.You are a team player, fully aware that success cannot be achieved alone and you have to ability to work across teams.You have 3 to 5 years of successful experience in business development and want to share your knowledge and help a team grow.You must be fluent in german and english.What we have to offer (in french as the contrat is France-based):

• Salaire : selon profil – à partir de 47k€ fixe et 5k€ variables (mensualisés)
