Tazikis Lexington is hiring friendly, outgoing cashiers for day shift and nights and weekends. You are main person our customers interact with, so providing genuine, great customer service is a must! Our cashiers get to know our regulars, know our menu and can help all customers create a meal that is satisfying and meets their dietary needs. YOUR ROLE AS A TAZIKI’S TEAM MEMBER:● Being a Taziki’s Ambassador to guests for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture● Understanding and using POS (point of sale register)● Following proper cash handling and payment procedures● Maintaining Health Department Standards throughout each shift● Following proper Alcohol Handling policies and procedures● Performing shift side work including opening and closing dutiesTHE IDEAL TEAM MEMBER:● Experienced preferred but not required – we will train you!● Energetic, ready to learn, and loves fresh food● Good communication and hospitality skills● Ability to work with passion and urgency in a fast-paced environment● Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team as necessary● Work flexible schedule● Dependable, reliable and trustworthy● Professional attitude and respect for coworkers, establishment, and the brandALL EMPLOYEES MUST:● Understand and abide by all company standards and policies (provided in your handbook)
