I am seeking a brilliant Talent Partner with a strong background in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identifying and securing top talent in technical and IT roles, with a proven track record in creative thinking and strategic planning. This role requires someone who can navigate complex challenges and develop forward-thinking solutions to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for technical roles, including racing systems, software, hardware, and mechanical engineering. Identify and attract high-calibre candidates through innovative sourcing strategies.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient recruitment processes to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business challenges and forecast future talent needs. Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet these needs.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with technical and IT departments to understand specific hiring requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Creative Solutions: Think creatively to solve recruitment challenges and develop unique strategies to attract top talent. Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices in talent acquisition.
Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and improve processes. Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within technical or IT roles.
Strong background in recruiting for high-tech industries, including motor sports or similar fields.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment processes.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism.
