You’ll work closely with commercial teams to deliver impactful one-on-one coaching, engaging group training sessions, and support the development of mid-level recruiters through structured programs.You’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality learning experiences and systems training, with some involvement in training design. Beyond training delivery, you’ll play a vital role in onboarding new talent, supporting mentoring programs, and contributing to key group-wide initiatives – including diversity and inclusion, industry innovation, and strategic talent development projects.The Team:You’ll be joining a passionate, collaborative Talent Development team that thrives on making a real impact. In this role you’ll be reporting to our Head of Talent Development, and working closely alongside another Talent Development Lead and a Talent Development Coordinator, but also partner closely with the wider people team.   • Training Needs Analysis & Innovation: Use data to conduct regular training needs analysis to identify critical development interventions that drive business performance. Stay updated on industry best practices, incorporating new and innovative approaches to leadership, skills, and personal development.
  • Learning & Development Strategy: Design and deliver effective blended learning experiences, both F2F and virtually, ensuring these have a strong ROI and contribute to long-term business success.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and group training to enhance professional development, supporting career progression and leadership growth.
  • Proven Impact on Performance & Retention: Develop and implement learning strategies that demonstrably improve employee performance, engagement, and retention. Measure the impact of training programs and optimise for continuous improvement.
  • Change Agility & Workforce Planning: Collaborate with the Leadership Team to align workforce planning with business needs, ensuring employees develop future-ready skills.
  • Stakeholder Management & Influence: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, hiring managers, and commercial teams, to align talent development strategies with business goals. Effectively communicate L&D initiatives, manage expectations, and drive engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise learning data, feedback, and performance insights to continuously improve training programs and measure their impact on business outcomes.
  • Managing & Improving Learning Systems: Oversee and optimise training platforms, content repositories, and tracking mechanisms to enhance learning efficiency and accessibility.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Ensure DEI principles are embedded in all learning initiatives, championing an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Develop and manage learning supplier relationships, ensuring training resources align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
  • High-Performance Team Facilitation: Design and facilitate team engagement sessions, ensuring a high-performance culture through effective learning interventions.
  • Business Case Development: Build cases for new learning initiatives, piloting and testing programs before full implementation to ensure their success.

  • You’ve successfully improved performance and retention through innovative and engaging L&D strategies.
  • You’re confident working with senior leaders, influencing decisions, and aligning learning initiatives with commercial goals.
  • You think strategically—always looking ahead to create long-term development solutions that support business growth.
  • You’re highly organised and able to manage multiple cross-functional training programs with ease.
