We have ambitious growth plans to expand on our already impressive product portfolio.At Commify we recognise that our people are our biggest asset; and we are now looking for an experienced Talent Coordinator to join our Talent team. This team supports employer branding, attraction, acquisition, onboarding, engagement and learning & development across 11 countries.Talent Acquisition:

  • Supporting the recruitment cycle from vacancy approval through to onboarding stage.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to support them throughout the recruitment process
  • Finding creative and resourceful ways to engage with diverse talent
  • Maintaining a pipeline of candidates for high growth areas of the business
  • Ensuring a great candidate and colleague experience throughout the recruitment and selection process
  • Delivering against key metrics including, direct sourcing, cost to hire and time to hire
  • Support with social media and external brand activity to promote our employer brand
  • Providing reporting and data to the HRLT to support the creation of the monthly Talent board pack.
  • Managing the onboarding process for all new starters

Talent Development

  • Supporting the Learning & Development team with organising training, setting up learning activities, coordinating engagement activities
  • Creating Comms to support our Learning activities
  • Supporting with the coordinating and facilitating of our global induction programme
  • Administration of training records, LMS, assign and deploy eLearning programmes
  • Monitoring and reporting on metrics (platform use and uptake, KPIs etc.)
  • Learning and engagement diary management

Requirements

  • Experience of operating in a role where customer and/or colleague experience is a critical part of the role.
  • Ability to manage and organise effectively a large volume of activity, with excellent prioritisation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Delivery focussed and action oriented with a completer finisher mindset
  • Team player with a drive to succeed
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively on own initiative
  • An systems expert ideally in HRIS or CRM
