Description:About the Role:As a Talent Attraction and Development Lead, in the People and Culture team, you will focus on deliveringa comprehensive Talent Attraction strategy which ensures that Coleg y Cymoedd attracts the highestquality candidates, furthers its reputation as an employer of choice and develops best practice candidateexperience. You’ll work on improving key metrics such as conversion rate from advert to application,average number of candidates per role and average time to hire. You’ll also work to deliver the college’sambitious Learning and Development aims, ensuring colleagues are provided with the opportunity todevelop the skills and attributes needed to deliver high performance in their current and future roles. Thisrole will report to the People and Culture Manager.Further Information:Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for the safeguarding and for the promoting the welfare of learner.Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role.It is recognised that duties and responsibilities of all posts may change from time to time and job descriptions may be amended in consultation with the post holder to reflect those changes which are commensurate with the role.Application Guidance:In line with the College’s Recruitment Policy, we will use the Person Specification to shortlist candidates.
