You will be our next Talent Acquisition Specialist. Over the last 4 years, we have been building and challenging our business model to validate that there are indeed some tremendous things to do. So far, we’ve been sourcing and recruiting a large range of profiles, hiring Ingredient Sales, Lab Technicians, as well as General Accountant, Business Unit Directors, or Sourcing Managers.
Tomorrow, you will help us on scaling our recruitments by hunting the next round of A-Players, building and developing strong relationships with bold and impactful candidates.Your day-to-day worklife will mostly articulate as following :
We expect you to support the TA Manager and embrace new projects around employer branding, recruitment and candidate experience by activating your skills and spreading your passion for people.
As a TA Specialist, you will be a key player of our activity, identifying, qualifying and recruiting the right candidate, for the right position, in the right team. You can count on us to push you to develop and deliver the best version of yourself. And we expect you to push us to become a better version of Hubcycle. We will always care about your opinion & vision on the market.
As a member of the People Team, you will directly report to the TA Manager, and will benefit from our knowledge of the industry and our experience in hunting and dragging Food Industry’s game-changing profiles.
As a team, we will support your growth and feed you with honest and balanced feedback, as well as our best Tips&Tricks on the job specificities and technicalities.In touch with every department, you will develop and maintain a high level of engagement with each team : Sourcing, Product Management, Sales, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, etc.. They will help you to understand specificities of their role, and the impact you may have on each other’s performances.
