Reporting to the Director of Recruitment, your work will focus on strategic initiatives to expand our talent pool and enhance sourcing effectiveness through innovative candidate sourcing, social media campaigns, talent community partnerships, and the effective use of recruitment tools. By leveraging data-driven strategies, you will ensure access to diverse labour pools while supporting the recruitment team in acquiring and retaining a critical workforce.Qualifications
