Job Description:We are looking for a technology-savvy, natural relationship builder who is keen to make a difference through applying their strong skills and experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist I. This role supports recruitment efforts for critical and hard-to-fill roles.In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both Hiring Manager and Candidates. This role also provides market intelligence and sourcing support for hard-to-fill roles. Our Talent Acquisition team members are strategic business partners who play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to support Seaspan’s exciting projects.This is the perfect role for an ambitious and versatile professional who has the drive and passion to work efficiently and the eagerness to grow their skills and career in a rapidly growing organization.Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. The estimated salary for this position is $72,700 – $87,200. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate’s skills and experience as well as position location and internal equity.
