If that sounds fun, come and build ARIA with us.Learn more about how we work .Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the ARIA Talent Team for 6 months whilst we continue to scale at pace. The successful candidate will provide a high quality, end-to-end recruitment service, working in partnership with hiring managers to achieve their resourcing needs.What you’ll doThe scope of the role will evolve as ARIA continues to grow, but will broadly involve the following:Be an enthusiastic advocate and brand ambassador for ARIA, often being the first touch point for candidates as they connect with usBuild strong relationships with candidates and ensure a seamless recruitment experience from start to finishPartner closely with stakeholders to ensure diverse talent that aligns with ARIA’s valuesSchedule and conduct screening calls to then provide considered shortlists to the hiring managerSupport hiring managers through the entire recruitment processProvide administrative and coordinating support to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Resourcing LeadActively source and engage with talent (including through LinkedIn Recruiter and external events)Ensure all parts of the process are open, fair and equitableWho you areEssential CriteriaFull recruitment campaign management experience across non-technical roles (Finance, Comms and Marketing, Product, Procurement, etc.), up to a senior levelStrong experience in actively sourcing talent, utilising multiple different approaches, tools, and channelsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about embedding ED&I practices in recruitment to ensure we are reaching a diverse talent poolSelf-motivated, used to working at pace and multi-tasking with limited supervisionKnowledge of current employment legislation related to recruitment, including GDPRDesirable CriteriaExperience sourcing talent from Science and/or R&D backgrounds and an understanding of that ecosystem in the UKExperience of using Google Suite and recruitment Application Tracking Systems (ATS)Benefits27 days annual leave provision pro rataHybrid working arrangements; 60% in office / 40% at homeSupportive environment for learning and development opportunitiesA free and confidential 24/7 employee assistance programme2 days of paid volunteer days pro rata5% defined contribution pension scheme with Smart PensionAn excellent office location in Kings X, LondonNot sure you meet 100% of our criteria?
