We supply all the UK’s food retailers with everything from Sandwiches, soups and sushi to cooking sauces, pickles and ready meals, and in FY23, we generated revenues of £1.9bn.Our vast direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network, comprising of 17 depots nationwide, enables us to make over 10,400 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce and that of third parties.What you’ll be doingAs one of our TA Specialists you will be responsible for engineering across 9 of our sites (including food for now and food for later) and CI for all our manufacturing sitesYou will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of 10-20 jobs at any one time, from asset care technicians through to engineering site leadership.Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:Collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process for both internal and external stakeholdersFacilitating the recruitment process through job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and offering rolesUtilising a broad range of sources to identify and attract appropriate talentVisiting sites across the UK to develop relationships with relevant stakeholdersCoaching hiring managers and HR teams on interviewing and candidates’ assessment techniquesCompleting Right to Work checks and creating offer lettersGathering, inputting and maintaining candidate and recruitment data to ensure the integrity of our Applicant Tracking System, producing key metrics and providing talent acquisition management information reports where needed

Within this role, you will focusing on Engineering/CI recruitment but we don’t require you to have recruited in this area before – just a willingness to learn the industry.Your skills will also include:Demonstrable experience within the recruitment process and practicesExperience of computer systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPointComfortable collating and presenting data to support recruitment choicesExcellent communication and organisational skillsWe have a hybrid working environment, and you must be comfortable being on site for at least 3 days a week.
