We are Delivery Hero.Job DescriptionDelivery Hero is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d) to join on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.You will partner with hiring managers to build teams across our dynamic region, and inform on hiring strategies to hire the right people for every job where they can make the biggest impact. You will also have the opportunity to work on strategic projects to improve & innovate how we attract best talent to our organization.Your MissionStrategic regional partner for hiring managers, educating them and providing strategic guidance about the external leadership candidate market, ensuring we hire the very best global talent for our senior positionsSharing a wealth of experience and knowledge regarding recruiting, advising on position alignments, interview best practices, candidate experience as well as using data to inform your decisionsProactively pulls hiring metrics from various sources and can speak to trends beyond the requisition and speak broadly to the market, line of business, or industryLead update meetings on active searches, conducting on-site interviews and participating in debriefs; performing reference checks and presenting/negotiating employment offersTrain leaders to continuously improve their talent acquisition capabilities, to understand the nuances at executive levelActively market map, source and contact prospective candidates while partnering with our employer branding team to find innovative methods of candidate attractionEnsuring a personalized and exceptional candidate journey, ensuring continuous candidate touchpointsAssessing talents against business requirements and our Delivery Hero values and Leadership PrinciplesOwning various regional succession planning initiativesYour Heroic SkillsYou have 3+ years of experience in recruitment with focus on EuropeYou’ll be highly inquisitive and an amazing communicator.You have executive search recruiting experience (search firm/ in-house both considered) covering a range of different departments and functionsYou are experienced in active sourcing and attracting the right talent through different channelsYou have high business acumen with an understanding of complex business models and enjoy discussing them with candidates and stakeholders as well as the intricacies of the candidate/ market landscape
