Job Location: Strasbourg (particularly in Haguenau)This hybrid role allows for remote work with occasional in-person meetings, internal events, and travel (4-8 times per year) to production sites, primarily in the Strasbourg area. Travel costs will be either reimbursed or booked by the agency.Randstad Sourceright is a global leader in talent management solutions, supporting companies with their HR strategy. In partnership with the global FMCG leader, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Haguenau to oversee recruitment for our client. Your responsibilities include managing requisitions, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and building strong relationships with hiring managers. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on strategic thinking and effective business relationship management, while working closely with a dedicated sourcing team focused on candidate identification and screeningKey Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of requisitions, from initiation to offer, excluding sourcing and screening
- Handle administrative tasks related to employment agreements in Workday (or similar HR system), ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to identify and attract qualified candidates, ensuring timely delivery of top talent
- Manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and act as the main point of contact for requisition-related queries
- Present selected candidates to the client for informed decision-making
- Provide reports and data analysis related to recruitment activities
- Apply French labor law in recruitment processes, ensuring compliance
- Oversee internals and referrals and maintain positive communication with candidates and clients throughout the proces
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes by sharing feedback and ideas
Our ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience in a recruitment role, preferably within the FMCG or production environment
- Excellent administrative skills with experience in HR systems (Workday preferred)
- Knowledge of French labor law is a plus, but not requied
- Ability to assess both technical and non-technical skills of candidates
- Effective organizational and planning skills to manage multiple recruitment demands
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to demanding business requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
