Position Title: Talent Acquisition Partner ManufacturingPosition Type: Regular – Full-Time Position Location: VilleneuvedAscq 2020Grade: Grade 04Requisition ID: 31371We are looking for our new Talent Acquisition Partner for Manufacturing CE (Continental Europe) M/F/X. Within the Talent Acquisition organization, you will collaborate with Hiring Managers in Manufacturing (Appetizers as well as Potatoes) in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for McCain by determining job requirements and hiring processes to ensure a successful search for qualified candidates. As an expert in your, you use deep knowledge and external insights to source and build candidate pipelines to fulfil workforce requirements. You will actively seek out the best talent and do this through the relationships you build, and with creative and innovative sourcing techniques.You report to the Talent Acquisition Manager Manufacturing CE, and your primary office will be in of our French locations in Villeneuve-d’Ascq, Harnes, Bethune or Matougues.Key responsibilities:
- You engage and recruit top talent using a variety of sourcing strategies including and not limited to direct and internal sourcing, referrals, evergreens, job boards and career sites.
- You develop talent pipelines and maintain candidate pools across different business areas acting as an expert sourcing top talent using tools, events, and talent brand activities.
- You deliver exceptional candidates and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
- You provide guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process, market data, assessment techniques, candidate profiles and onboarding.
- You use analytics to track relevant metrics to measure the success of your recruiting activity and contribute to improving the end-to-end recruitment process.
- You use market knowledge to drive competitive screening of applicants and ensure quality applications, providing insight for continuous improvement opportunities.
- You stay up to date on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- You execute appropriate assessment tools and techniques to improve quality of hire.
- You execute Talent Acquisition initiatives to increase diversity and enhance representation across our workforce.
- You use the newest technologies to drive automation and a digital user experience across stakeholders, ensuring process compliancy across users (thereby enabling accurate reporting and insights).
- You Partner with the HRBPs, Plant HR and Plant Leadership to proactively build hiring plans based on data, trends, and market intelligence.
- You contribute to specific regional projects for McCain.
Qualifications:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in either a corporate or agency environment, and specialist knowledge in Talent Acquisition working with complex roles as a recruiter and/or sourcer.
- Experience as a recruiter within a Manufacturing environment is a plus.
- You have strong sourcing and networking skills.
- You have a high degree of self-management, autonomy, and an initiative-taking attitude.
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- You have advanced knowledge of recruitment systems and tools.
- You work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You act like an owner, where you relentlessly prioritize, create clarity for stakeholders and move with speed and impact.
- You are naturally curious, always seeking to learn, improve and simplify.
- You are fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
