As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Simplyhealth, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our future workforce by attracting top talent that aligns with our purpose ‘to improve access to healthcare for all in the UK’.Your RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles within the business. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across a range of specialisms from sales & marketing to finance, risk & compliance, technology and more. You’ll understand their needs, develop creative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. You’ll screen and build strong talent pipelines and promote Simplyhealth as an employer of choice.Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
  • Design and implement innovative attraction strategies, utilising social media platforms and networking to source top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice on recruitment best practice.
  • Ensure adherence to employment legislation and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Reward and HR Partnering teams to ensure competitive and fair job offers.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines aligned with future business needs.
  • Partner with external recruitment agencies when necessary, negotiating terms and managing vendor relationships.

About YouTo thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end in-house recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, including social media and direct approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A customer-centric approach, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.

Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract to backfill a member of the team who is seconding into another part of HR.Your Recruitment JourneyOur fair, inclusive, and transparent process will include: * A telephone interview to get to know you better.

  • An interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on your skills and experience for 60 minutes, then a 30 minute further conversation with our Head of People Operations (90 minutes total)

We may make an offer at this stage, or, if we have two strong candidates we’ll add these further stages to help us reach a fair decision: * Aptitude tests and a Working Styles Questionnaire to understand your preferences.

  • A final presentation.
