The role will support the execution of daily operations, optimizing resources and empowering strategic decision-making that fuels company growth.Be you, join us.We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner on fixed term basis (6-12months) to join our Global Talent Acquisition team to recruit and manage recruitment in Europe including the DACH region. If you have solid networking skills, enjoy relationship building, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, then this is the position for you!Ultimately, you will be responsible for proactively identifying our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies. Ideally, you should be experienced in recruiting top talent, across Go-to-Market, Corporate Functions and Product Development.Role Responsibility:Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g LinkedIn, diversity job boards, Job Fairs etc)Craft and send recruiting emails to passive candidatesCraft compelling social media posts for vacant positions and vacancies on the website, LinkedIn, etc.Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirementsIdentify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g Boolean search)Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needsAccountable for data management and recruiting KPI’sRun the company’s Referral program effectively to get qualified and motivated candidatesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to promote our employer brand online and offlineMaintain candidate databases (e.g via our Applicant Tracking System)Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunitiesWhat we are looking for:Experience in recruiting across Europe including DACHProven work experience as a Talent Partner or similar role

Experience in recruiting for Go-to-Market and Technical/Product vacanciesHands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g recruiting on LinkedIn Recruiter and crafting Boolean search strings)Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.Solid verbal and written communication skillsAbility to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidatesEffective time managementBuild and maintain excellent rapport with internal stakeholdersExcellent spoken and written EnglishWhat’s in it for you?Earn competitive total compensation and receive comprehensive country-specific medical and other benefits.Enjoy time and location flexibility with our Hybrid Working Model, which allows a remote workshare of up to 60%.
