ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESTalent Acquisition
- Be responsible for the fast paced end to end Talent Acquisition process for recruitment throughout the Product areas at Boden.
- Be responsible for our talent acquisition strategy and budget, finding opportunities to improve the experience for hiring managers and candidates
- Continuously think of new and innovative ways to attract external candidates. Direct sourcing is key at Boden, whether that be personal and professional networking, employee referrals or market mapping via LinkedIn.
- Support hiring managers in developing skills and experience to be great at interviewing and assessing talent, bringing rigour and confidence to our hiring decisions
- Be creative in redesigning our assessment approach, especially for creative and design areas
- Review and analyse data to improve and enhance the recruitment process.
- Develop credible relationships with all stakeholders, including candidates, agencies, and hiring managers.
Employer Value Proposition / Brand Reputation
- Assess our EVP and plan the roadmap of activities to improve our EVP
- Engage with social media to tell the story of working at Boden and our people
- Find ways to promote Boden to potential candidates by ensuring all external communication and contact is in line with our brand and values. (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Boden.jobs)
Early Careers
- Continue to partner with key design colleges to bring talent into Boden as interns and graduates
- Design the attraction campaigns and assessment approach
- Partner with leaders to design a rotation programme
- Oversee a small cohort each year
Leadership & Team Management
- Play a key role in the People Leadership Team and as a leader in Boden
- Coach and develop our team of recruiters
- Collaborate and partner with the People Team and colleagues across Boden
- Bring energy and creativity to the team
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in house recruitment experience, preferably from a background in fashion but not essential
- Experience across multiple recruitment methods including interviewing, assessing and testing candidates, and assessment centres
- Experience of managing, measuring performance and providing coaching and development opportunities
- Worked with hiring teams to upskill and coach them in all areas of talent attraction and recruitment
- Strong ATS experience, preferably Workday
- Some experience, awareness, or passion about Early Careers
