As a strategic business partner, you will work closely with leadership and teams across all locations to implement innovative talent strategies that align with our Mission and Values. You are not just a recruiter, you are a true talent ambassador of Fraserway RV!Being close to the marketplace through benchmarking and networking, you will analyze both recruitment and business trends allowing you to make recommendations on staffing processes, building talent pipelines and sourcing prospects that result in finding and engaging top talent.   • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies for multiple regions, considering local market trends and organizational needs.
  • Drive our talent attraction strategy, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and a strong market presence. Collaborate with internal partners to enhance social media presence.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to identify specific hiring goals and align recruitment initiatives with business objectives.
  • Accountability for end-to-end talent acquisition across all levels and business units to ensure that all talent have the best onboarding experience.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to gain an understanding of the skills and requirements needed for each position and develop a recruitment strategy.

Manage, advocate, and contribute to the evolution of our employment brand as a platform to engage and hire top talent at market. * Consistently seek opportunities to streamline and enhance the high-volume talent acquisition process through creative sourcing strategies and executions, vendor partnerships, talent management, systems and assessment tools (experience with Predictive Index, Birkman, Disc or similar related hiring assessment tools preferred).

  • Remain current on relevant market best practices in talent acquisition including leveraging technology, social media, and niche networks.
  • Expertly manage the Talent Acquisition from an operational standpoint – budget, vendors, external staffing partners – ensuring that Fraserway RV is getting the most for every dollar invested in recruitment.

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement

  • Find the best talent and deliver the right people to put forward for assessment.
  • Source passive candidates through via social media, referrals, or other channels to identify and attract the best talent.

Assess and select the best candidates that meet our key attributes of employment. * Inspire candidates with all Fraserway RV has to offer, exciting them about the role, the company and the career opportunities.

  • Secure top talent with compelling offers, never losing top candidates over factors we can control.
  • Work with the appropriate business partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
  • Oversee the sourcing of candidates through a variety of channels, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent in each region.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to attract diverse candidates and passive job seekers.
  • Foster relationships with potential candidates and industry networks to enhance engagement and referral opportunities.

Collaboration with Regional Hiring Managers

  • Partner with hiring managers across regions to understand specific staffing needs and develop targeted job descriptions.
  • Conduct training sessions to promote best practices and ensure consistency in the recruitment process.
  • Partner internally with senior leadership to establish and contribute to a great talent management and succession planning cycle, affording enhanced visibility and opportunity to internal talent.
  • Provide guidance on interview processes, candidate assessment, and selection criteria tailored to regional contexts.
  • Support hiring managers in making informed decisions with data-driven insights and market intelligence.
  • Remain informed and communicative on the organizational staffing picture and trends that could impact operating costs.

Reporting & Metrics

  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities across regions using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Analyze recruitment data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement in regional strategies.
  • Prepare and present recruitment performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with all levels of positions, preferably in a multi-regional context.
  • Solid experience with using recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to improve process efficiencies.
  • Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills with strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
  • Experience in developing and executing on a talent acquisition strategy infused with tested and tried best practices; an ability to adapt strategy based on environmental considerations.
  • Strong customer focus and an ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence.
  • Adaptable, a self-starter and comfortable in a high-growth business You are seeking a building opportunity and not looking to maintain what someone else has put in place.
  • Experience with Predictive Index, Birkman, Disc or similar related hiring assessment tools preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment trends and practices across diverse geographical markets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software; experience with data analysis tools.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency with systems and software including MS Office, HRIS, ATS (UKG Pro), Adobe, MS SharePoint & MS Teams.
