E&T offers a range of products and services, such as reciprocating engines, generator sets, gas turbines and turbine services, remanufacturing of Caterpillar engines and components and remanufacturing services for other companies, diesel-electric locomotives, and other rail-related products and services and product support of on-highway vocational trucks for North AmericaJob Summary:The UK Talent Acquisition (TA) Team is responsible for identifying and sourcing top talent to join our teams across multiple Caterpillar locations within the UK. The TA team works closely with Hiring Managers to source, identify and recruit the best candidates for their vacancies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The scope of our work is diverse, and we foster an energizing environment where different perspectives and experiences are welcomed.As a Talent Acquisition Manager , you will report to a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and manage a team of four TA Professionals. The TA Manager will also collaborate with various process partners in HR, Center of Excellence and other Global TA Leaders to ensure compliance and adoption of leading hiring practices.What You Will Do:Lead, motivate and develop team, maximizing individual contributions and supporting professional growth.Manage recruitment programs; implement improvements to staffing processes, including sourcing and selection.Develop recruitment best practices which support the organization’s goals and direction.Work with management to ensure the timely understanding of current and future workforce needs; evaluating and providing advice on these needs.What You Will Have:
