This role will primarily focus on the recruitment for our data science teams where you will be responsible for hiring top class talent across the UK and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.What you’ll be working on

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop and implement resourcing plans for roles at all levels.
  • Work with senior leadership to devise short, medium and long-term recruitment strategies for your business area.
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process for roles including; vacancy planning to meet time to hire targets, defining and managing go to market strategy to ensure adequate quality and quantity of candidates, pre-selection of candidates to generate shortlist, advising on and facilitating selection activities, offer management and keeping in touch with candidates throughout.
  • Manage the end to end candidate experience ensuring a positive experience and impact on our employer brand.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enable vacancy and candidate management and the automatic generation of MI.
  • Identify and work on global continuous improvement projects within recruitment using the latest in technology, big data and candidate attraction platforms.
  • Supporting on the recruitment of other disciplines as and when the need arises.

What we expect from you

  • Proven experience in data science recruitment or similar, ideally in-house or on an RPO
  • High level of organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive recruiting experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights
  • Experience managing senior level stakeholders
  • Awareness and some knowledge of AI in the recruitment industry
