If so, this opportunity could be a great fit for you!We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organized coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead the coordination activities through all facets of the recruitment cycle to deliver a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will be involved in developing job postings, screening resumes, scheduling and coordinating testing and interviews, managing candidate records and keeping our hiring processes on track. You’ll play a key part in ensuring every step of the recruitment process is efficient, while enhancing the candidate experience.   • A post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or a related field or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience;
  • Minimum of twelve (12) months experience coordinating a high volume of transactions in a client-facing role, with a focus on service excellence and responsiveness;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and stakeholders in both official languages;
  • A sharp eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruitment tools, records and HR systems;
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office products, and comfortable learning and navigating HR systems;
  • Experience working in a Human Resources environment is considered an asset.
