The departmentThis role sits within the Human Resources team which comprises of 30 people specialists based in our London, Manchester and Cardiff offices, working closely together to provide excellent employment conditions for the firm’s people, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle.Main Purpose of the RoleAs part of the Internal Talent Acquisition team this role will effectively and efficiently lead on recruitment campaigns across the firm including legal and business teams recruitment across all LS offices. The post holder will also have the opportunity to support the HR team on other firm-wide HR projects and initiatives.

Candidate ProfileThe successful candidate must have a professional manner and first-class communication skills. They must be highly organised and able to demonstrate a pro-active approach to their work with the ability to work on their own initiative.
