A Chinese-American food production company is adding  Maintenance Technician’s  to their team! This fast growing company is seeking talented individuals to join their journey as they continue to push into several nationwide grocery stores, where their food is readily available and thriving.

You’ll be part of their team that makes dumplings that are delicate, bite-sized treats of different fillings wrapped in a thin layer of dough. Which can be both savory and sweet, that almost anyone can partake in. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a core part of the team where your mechanical aptitude will help make the magic happen.

These are full time, permanent hires!

Maintenance Technician Duties:

• Duties include maintenance and repair of boilers and boiler room auxiliary equipment such as pumps, steam and water valves, air compressors, and high-pressure condensates.
• This position monitors load demands and starts or shuts down respective boilers, air compressors, and water pumps, to maintain the required steam, air, and water (cold, hot, re-use) output needed.
• Performs minor repairs, as necessary, such as replacing defective meters, packing valves, worn gaskets, and tightening joints.
• Demonstrates safe work practices and attitudes, follows all safety rules, works to prevent unsafe conditions and behaviors, and participates in organizational and departmental safety programs.

Pay: $35.00-47.00 per hour

Maintenance Technician I $35-$38 (2-3 years experience)?

Maintenance Technician II $39-$42 (4-6 years experience)

Maintenance Technician III $43-$47 (7-10+ years experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm – 1am

Maintenance Technician  Requirements:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Work experience in ammonia refrigeration, steam boilers, and air compressor operations and maintenance
• Working knowledge of electrical troubleshooting all common types of ammonia central systems, control/alarm systems, water tube, and fire tube boilers, and compressed air systems 
• Demonstrate an understanding and adherence to all work safety policies, procedures, and governing requirements
• HAZMAT and RETA 1+2 certification preferred
