This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), worked across a variety of early, late, weekend, and bank holiday shifts.You’ll play a key role in our vibrant households, where your energy and positive attitude will keep things running smoothly throughout the day, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported. For example, an early shift might involve assisting Olivia* with her personal care, helping her feel her best for the day ahead. You could support with breakfast, washing her hair, and administering medication to set her up for a successful start. Your ability to drive will also unlock opportunities for Olivia to explore further afield and do the things that truly matter to her.The bungalows offer a warm and supportive atmosphere, where new team members are always welcomed. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues who are eager to provide guidance and share their expertise, ensuring you receive the training and support you need.This position offers a unique opportunity to support Olivia in building a routine that empowers her to thrive in this next stage of her life.
