And that’s where this job comes in.what you’ll be doingWe have big fruiture plans. The Supply Portfolio team plays a huge role in this – making sure we can make NPD happen, across existing and new sites. This role will be managing and coordinating our innovation projects from a supply side – from talking to new and existing co-packers, to ensuring our buyers are teed up to source and buy new ingredients.You’ll be

• Carrying out supply project feasibility
• Leading supply-focussed project meetings, giving clarity on key milestones and timelines and ensure the experts are brought in as required.
• Constantly driving change and process improvement within the project framework.
• Predicting future needs and models strong problem solving skills, changing the framework accordingly.
• Identifying opportunities within a project (or process) where waste occurs (TIMWOODS) and puts in the steps to eliminate it.
• Negotiating competitive commercials, targeting margin accretive COGS or other goals, as needed.
