Our client, a leading international manufacturer, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join their dynamic team working with China.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a strong analytical mindset, and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, this role could be your next big opportunity.Key Responsibilities:– Demand and Supply Planning: Work closely with sales, marketing, and demand teams to forecast product needs, ensuring an efficient balance between supply and demand.
– Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels to maintain product availability and improve turnover rates across all warehouses and sales points.
– Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and maintain strong supplier relationships.
– Optimization and Analysis: Analyze supply chain data, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to streamline operations.
– Collaboration: Communicate regularly with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any supply chain issues.
– Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, such as delays or material shortages, to ensure uninterrupted supply flow.What We’re Looking For:– Experience: 3-5 years in supply chain within a similar role, ideally with experience in supply planning, inventory management, or manufacturing.
– Mindset Over Skills: We value quick decision-making and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. The right reflexes and mindset are key to success, and a background in sports or teamwork is a big plus.
