Length: 12 months Contract with the possibility of extension

Requirements:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for delivering and maintaining operational excellence for our large, enterprise clients
The Managed Print Services Supplies Specialist ensures achieves our contracted service levels, through process efficiency, data integrity and inventory management
In this role, the Managed Print Services Supplies Specialist will quarterback supplies escalations regarding the accounts in their portfolio
They will work with a diverse group of departments internally to cross functionally resolve supply issues for clients.
Works with suppliers and internal stakeholders to make sound buying decisions which drive increased client value, high customer satisfaction and enhanced margin
Determines potential suppliers to quote jobs (on appropriate technology / presses).
Reviews production plan for approval.
Manages the quote and award process.
Manages margins on procurement to ensure that we meet and exceed company’s and client’s expectations regarding cost savings and profitability.
Supports the achievement of productivity improvements through managing buying decisions which drive innovation in, and consolidation of buy.
Analyzes proof(s) for content, production challenges and concerns.
Stays current with production methods being used by outside suppliers along with their capabilities and limitations.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong communication skills, spoken and written
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Ability to work independently and with a team with minimal supervision
Strength in MS office particularly Excel
Excellent problem solving abilities combined with the ability to apply critical thinking
Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Change agility and ability to adapt to changing customer requirements
Previous experience in business-to-business role
College Diploma/University Degree is an asset
