Do you have a deep understanding of fibre networks from spine to CBT? If you’re ready to hit the ground running and thrive in a dynamic, road-based role this may be the role for you!

• You’ll supervise and manage fibre network builds, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with Openreach standards.
• You’ll conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met.

• You’ll conduct audits and provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, including NRSWA regulations.
• Oversee all aspects of fibre installation, including spine, distribution, and CBT connections.

What you’ll bringWe are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in fibre network construction, particularly with Openreach projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fibre networks from spine to CBT.
• Strong understanding of NRSWA and street works requirements.

• A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
