Supervising Social Worker – Therapeutic IFA£36,420 per annum + £2,000 car allowanceNonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the North West of England area, in order to help them recruit for a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.In this role, you will be joining an Independent Fostering Agency that is therapeutic. They provide ongoing therapeutic training, allowing you to enhance your skills.This is a home based role offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule.Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of about 10 – 12 foster carers located around the Greater Manchester area.The role is just to provide support and supervision to the foster carers, so you will not have to complete any Form F Assessments on top.Benefits:– therapeutic fostering agency– Good Ofsted– home working– low caseload– no Form Fs– 30 days annual leave (increasing to 35 days with length of service)+ bank holidays– ongoing training and opportunities for career progression
