A rapidly growing construction firm in Rangeley, ME is hiring Superintendents to work on Commercial and/or Residential projects up to $5M. With a family-oriented culture, work-life balance, and strong project backlog, this role is ideal for those seeking a high-quality lifestyle in a scenic ski town while working on high-end custom homes or commercial projects.*Open to Relocators*As Superintendent, you’ll run day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, and enforce schedules across residential and commercial projects in Maine. You’ll act as the face of the jobsite, driving progress and quality from start to finish.Key responsibilities include:

• Running field operations and subcontractor coordination on active job sites
• Enforcing project schedules and ensuring work is done on time and to spec
• Reporting to ownership and collaborating with the Assistant PM and office team
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive site
• Providing mentorship to junior team members and fostering a strong site culture

• Proven experience running commercial or residential construction projects
• Proven track record managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Comfortable working independently and in charge of the jobsite
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
