Your passion for positively impacting young people’s lives will drive everything you do. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the students’ needs
• Facilitating access to learning with tailored, personalised strategies, whether one-on-one or in group settings
• Promoting student independence
• Documenting and maintaining individual student records in collaboration with teachers and specialised staff
• Assisting students in their residential settings and contributing to various meetings and classroom activities
• Handling administrative tasks
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and welfare at all times
