-Full-time commitment (40-50 hours per week)
-Hardworking & Coachable – We train you, but you need to be willing to learn
-Strong Communication Skills – You’ll be working with clients & teammates
-Valid Driver’s License & Full-Time Access to a Vehicle (for equipment & materials)
-Hands-On Experience Preferred (but not required – we’ll train you!)Job Responsibilities :-Complete painting projects from start to finish, ensuring a high standard of quality
-Maintain clean and organized worksites daily to ensure safety and efficiency
-Communicate regularly with homeowners and the business owner to ensure customer satisfaction
-Manage day-to-day project tasks, including setup, preparation, painting/staining, and cleanup
-Follow company procedures to complete interior and exterior painting/staining work professionally
-Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standardPay Structure :-Starting at $17.20/hour – Everyone begins at the base rate while training
-Increases available – As you gain experience and prove your skills, your pay will increase
