Position SummaryPosition Duties:
This year-long research assistant will support several ongoing projects focused on justice, policing, and qualitative research. The assistant will be involved in literature review work, qualitative data analysis, and helping to draft internal reports and grant-related documents.Key responsibilities include:

  • Compiling and reviewing academic literature.
  • Writing and editing literature reviews.
  • Assisting with qualitative data analysis.
  • Helping with administrative and grant writing tasks.
  • Participating in regular research team meetings.

Position RequirementsPosition Requirements:

  • Must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program in social sciences, humanities, Indigenous studies, or restorative justice.
  • Demonstrated writing and research abilities are required.
  • Prior research experience is preferred.
