We are working with a leading and global law firm on sourcing an Associate for their highly regarded Structured Finance team, within their London office. The position is for a Lawyer with 1 – 3 years PQE experience.Sitting within a wider finance offering but specialising in structured finance, the work will include complex and high-value financings for a top quality and established client base.The work may include loan portfolio sales and securitisations, mortgage-backed securities transactions, bond programmes, warehouse financings and more.You will receive industry-leading training and Partner contact within a highly commended practice, which boasts leading lawyers across the globe. As well as this, you will receive a market-leading salary and bonus.This team are in search of:
- 1-3 PQE Lawyers – England & Wales or common jurisdiction qualified.
- Training from a leading law firm
- Structured Financing experience essential.
- Competitive remuneration (£155k-180k DOE + Bonus)
