Nous permettons d’observer l’usage et de comprendre les besoins métier autour du SaaS dans l’entreprise.Job DescriptionYour Role & Missions: Lead Strategic Impact at the Forefront of SaaS & AI Adoption.As a Strategic Program Manager, you will operate as the architect of Beamy’s client success, shaping how Fortune 500 and CAC40 companies leverage cutting-edge SaaS and AI technologies. This role combines high-level strategic thinking, strong client engagement, and hands-on execution to unlock transformative value for our clients.MISSIONS1. Build Large Digital Transformation Programmes

• Collaborate with C-suite executives and operational teams to craft data-driven business cases, aligning multi-million-euro investments with clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs.

• Build multi-year transformation programme to execute the business case and ensure 3x ROI within 3 years, facilitating stakeholders’ alignments on key pillars of the programme: Organization, People, Tools, Process, Comitology

2. Define and Execute Advanced Account Strategies

• Support Customer Success Managers with building engagement plans, mapping stakeholders and uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities to fuel 30+% annual revenue growth per client.

• Deep-dive into Beamy platform data to drive client value creation and uncover untapped opportunities for acceleration

3. Influence Product and Innovation Strategy

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to prioritize features that address client needs and enhance Beamy’s differentiation.

• Provide strategic input into patentable innovations, ensuring Beamy maintains its competitive edge.

4. Contribute to Positioning Beamy as a SaaS & AI Market Expert

• Facilitate high-impact strategy workshops showcasing Beamy’s proven ability to manage SaaS portfolios for enterprises with $1B+ annual IT budgets,

• Contribute to establishing Beamy as the go-to strategic advisor for SaaS and AI by leveraging industry reports and market trend analyses

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• You have a proven experience in Consulting Company as a Consultant for big project with CAC40 companies.

• You have already worked on complex projects related to digital/IT transformation and tech adoption.

• You have a strong inclination towards a product mindset, understanding the importance of aligning product capabilities with customer needs. This includes familiarity with product lifecycle management and the ability to contribute insights that shape product development.

• You have a native-level proficiency in French and fluency in English.
